Amy Sanderson
Founder
Sanderson Business Consulting is led by Amy Sanderson. Over the span of three decades, Sanderson has dedicated her career to helping business executives navigate change and lead for the future by creating clarity and alignment from the top down. She is equipped with a unique perspective that combines deep knowledge of business operations, strategy, and human resources to help clients build strong, enduring people-centric cultures to benefit organizations as a whole.
Amy founded Sanderson Business Consulting (formerly SSP Transformative Solutions) in 2018 to help companies not only develop their strategies, but more importantly, successfully execute them through their teams and talent. Prior to founding SBC, Sanderson held in-house roles in senior strategy and thought leadership, business transformation, operations, sales, marketing (B2B and B2C), management consulting, and human resources in the food, retail, consulting, energy, and private equity industries. In 2018, she joined the Board of Directors at Santa Energy Corporation to serve as the Chair for the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee.
Amy is a graduate from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing. Amy, her husband and three sons reside in Trumbull, CT.
